By booking with The Dream Décor Company, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Booking & Payment
• To lock in your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This secures your date and begins the design and planning process.
• The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your wedding.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a booking confirmation issued.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you cancel:
• More than 60 days before your wedding: The deposit is retained. Any additional payments may be refunded at our discretion.
• 60 days or less: No refunds will be issued.
• In the rare event that The Dream Décor Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and we will do our best to recommend alternative trusted suppliers.
3. Changes to Booking
• Changes to your décor choices, guest numbers, or services must be requested in writing at least 30 days prior to your event.
• While we will do our best to accommodate changes, late adjustments may incur additional charges or may not be possible.
4. Hire Items & Damages
• All hire items remain the property of The Dream Décor Company.
• Clients are responsible for any loss, damage or breakage to hired items during the event.
• A security deposit may be required, refundable upon safe return of all items in original condition.
• Items must not be moved or altered after set-up without prior approval.
5. Set Up & Collection
• Set-up and collection times will be agreed upon with your venue and must be strictly adhered to.
• Delays due to venue access issues or third-party interference may reduce your set-up window or incur additional charges.
6. Outdoor Events
• For outdoor décor, clients must ensure appropriate weather cover (e.g. marquee or gazebo).
• We reserve the right to adjust or remove installations in the event of unsafe weather conditions to protect both our team and our hire items.
7. Photography & Promotion
• We may photograph our work and use the images for marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.) unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
8. Liability
• The Dream Décor Company accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss caused by our hire items or services during your event.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safety and proper use of décor and hire items once set up is complete.
9. Force Majeure
• We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, fire, illness, transport issues, or acts of God.
By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
