Booking &amp; Payment<br \/>\u2022 To lock in your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This secures your date and begins the design and planning process.<br \/>\u2022 The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your wedding.<br \/>\u2022 Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a booking confirmation issued.<\/p><p>2. Cancellations &amp; Refunds<br \/>\u2022 The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.<br \/>\u2022 If you cancel:<br \/>\u2022 More than 60 days before your wedding: The deposit is retained. Any additional payments may be refunded at our discretion.<br \/>\u2022 60 days or less: No refunds will be issued.<br \/>\u2022 In the rare event that The Dream D\u00e9cor Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund and we will do our best to recommend alternative trusted suppliers.<\/p><p>3. Changes to Booking<br \/>\u2022 Changes to your d\u00e9cor choices, guest numbers, or services must be requested in writing at least 30 days prior to your event.<br \/>\u2022 While we will do our best to accommodate changes, late adjustments may incur additional charges or may not be possible.<\/p><p>4. Hire Items &amp; Damages<br \/>\u2022 All hire items remain the property of The Dream D\u00e9cor Company.<br \/>\u2022 Clients are responsible for any loss, damage or breakage to hired items during the event.<br \/>\u2022 A security deposit may be required, refundable upon safe return of all items in original condition.<br \/>\u2022 Items must not be moved or altered after set-up without prior approval.<\/p><p>5. Set Up &amp; Collection<br \/>\u2022 Set-up and collection times will be agreed upon with your venue and must be strictly adhered to.<br \/>\u2022 Delays due to venue access issues or third-party interference may reduce your set-up window or incur additional charges.<\/p><p>6. Outdoor Events<br \/>\u2022 For outdoor d\u00e9cor, clients must ensure appropriate weather cover (e.g. marquee or gazebo).<br \/>\u2022 We reserve the right to adjust or remove installations in the event of unsafe weather conditions to protect both our team and our hire items.<\/p><p>7. Photography &amp; Promotion<br \/>\u2022 We may photograph our work and use the images for marketing purposes (social media, website, etc.) unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.<\/p><p>8. Liability<br \/>\u2022 The Dream D\u00e9cor Company accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss caused by our hire items or services during your event.<br \/>\u2022 It is the client\u2019s responsibility to ensure the safety and proper use of d\u00e9cor and hire items once set up is complete.<\/p><p>9. Force Majeure<br \/>\u2022 We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, fire, illness, transport issues, or acts of God.<\/p><p>By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By booking with The Dream D\u00e9cor Company, you agree to the following Terms of Service: 1.
